Round and round: Attractive ivy berries in a garden beside the street
As spring arrives we come to the end of the Winter Photography Scavenger Hunt hosted by Eileen at A Bracelet of Days – details here. I hope I have now found something for every category, although I am limited by not leaving the house much, what with the Covid pandemic and working from home. But here goes with my last offerings.

Round and round: A second offering for this category – a matching game on my iPad – I amuse myself with lots of these time-wasters but this particular one is called TapTapMatch and offers balls, hats, shoes, flags, letters, vases etc for you to match with three lines or fewer

Something I do every day: Another iPad amusement – and I do indeed choose a Paint By Numbers from Happy Colour to complete every single day – I try to make it current, featuring St Patrick’s, Easter, Spring, Women’s Day or in this case olives, because we had a wonderful spaghetti marinara with olives and garlic bread delivered that day from our local Calabrisella Italian restaurant

Work in progress: The seed potatoes are chitting on my window ledge but I expect I will be late planting them in tubs again

Marking time: Finally the hair salons opened again and I had my hair cut and coloured after six months without – it may not look very different but the growing grey turns to brown and gold after dyeing

In the distance: People too close for safety gather around the coffee shack in Thiompson’s Park

Measures: My step counter – I had hoped to use it to measure how well my husband is getting on with his crutches after his hip replacement but his steps don’t register because he is too slow and doesn’t sway and swing his arms the way you need to for this to work

Something beginning with C: Crocus in Victoria Park

Comfort Food: Also beginning with C – my favourite chocolate biscuit selection from Tesco
Thanks to the organiser for a challenging list of subjects – I look forward to seeing everyone else’s choices.

Beautiful crocuses and the chocolate biscuits (comfort food) are very tempting. Many thanks for joining in. I hope it added a bit of fun to your lockdown life.

You did have some fun funs for the WPSH. Oh those chocolates for comfort do look quite yummy.
And so does your pizza – or at least the pineapple half!
All the best 🙂
