One of the cards I sent out this year, from the RSPB – Moon Gazing Hare by Judith Yates – I’m not sure why hares have become Christmas symbols…
After a hectic 2019 at work – and a year dogged by my husband’s ill health, from meningitis to his imminent hip replacement (we hope), it’s time to sit back and admire all the Christmas cards we have received. Here are just a few of the designs that caught my eye. As usual, click on the image to go to the source – mostly charities.
Then there are other creatures, real and imaginary…

A lovely image but poignant in these tough times for polar bears – a Studio 41 card supporting the NSPCC, British Heart Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer’s Society and Make A Wish
Trees also seem to be prevalent this Christmas…
As usual there are birds…

This isn’t a charity card but I liked it so much I had to include it – Blue Tits by Anne Mortimer for Medici Cards
Then there are the landscapes…
Finally those wise men from the East again…
May Christmas and the New Year of 2020 bring you all the gifts you desire – and most of all love, friendship and good health…

You have a lot of beautiful cards m’dear, enjoy them over the festivities. I wish you the compliments of the season and enjoy 2020.
And I hope you have a lovely 2020 – just around the corner now 🙂
What a lovely idea! And such beautiful designs, too. Have a good Christmas.
And a Happy New Year 🙂
Thank you for all that pretty art – I have drifted away from sending cards – so I don’t get to enjoy them.
Happy New Year, and may it be a better one for you both.
Thank you – I worked Christmas week but am looking forward to a few days off now 🙂
May you have an excellent 2020!
