These are GORGEOUS!
Thanks for the kind words, Kerri, but I think I’m going to ask for a real macro camera for Christmas!
Take care…

These are FANTASTIC!
Well, I wouldn’t go that far! But yes, I am pleased with them…
Thank you for your kind words – and I am still admiring your lovely blog…
Have a good March – Spring is on the way!

I have to agree with Kerri. May I ask what camera you use? I must admit that my photo skills are nothing compared to yours. But hey, I like taking pictures too. Taking pictures of flowers is like breathing fresh air in our otherwise smoke filled world.
Cheers!
Thanks for your comment.
I use a Nikon D5000 – for more info see this blog post
Thanks for following. You say you need a DSLR – but most of the pictures on my blog before late 2010 were taken with my compact digital camera, which I’m sure cost under £200. And the technology has improved since then.
Interesting that you like Dorset. I have a reason, of course, as my mother is from there, but I always think that for most people it is considered the poor relation.
I was reminded of Maiden Castle in Dorset half an hour ago, listening to a Desert Island Discs programme – top choice of all time was Elgar’s Lark Ascending, which always reminds me of the last time I heard a lark – decades ago, on the heights of the Maiden Castle ramparts…
Speak again soon…
